Home Safely

Well I arrived safely home from the westside... on Sunday night.

I think i had forgotten how long of a drive that was.

The weekend with Bruce and Bea was great i really enjoyed myself this weekend.

Seeing Grandma Ruth was really the best part of it and was the real reason for the trip.

Grandma Ruth was able to reconize me and even called me by name.

I was so very happy about that!!!

Plans For The Day

Woke up at 8:45 showered and got ready for the day.

Went downstairs Uncle Bruce was already cooking breakfast for us all. (What a nice guy huh)

Finally around 10:30 Aunt Bea got out of bed after Uncle Bruce went to ask her if she was going to get up lol.

She ate and im sitting here hehe at the computer.

We have decided we are going to head over to Bellevue and go to Old Navy.

After that we are going to go see Grandma Ruth again woooooohooooo.

Shopping and visitng just my thing.

Friday Trip to The Westside

Well this weekend I went to see Grandma Ruth.

(Phil was unable to come)

I stayed with Uncle Bruce & Aunt Bea.

On friday i arrived around 1:30pm.

Bea had stayed at the house then we loaded up and went to see Grandma Ruth.

She just got a new wheel chair and she looks good sitting in it.

I think that she reconized me a little bit.

She seemed to brighten a little when she saw me.

We decided to take her to the Garden Room in her nursing home

which is a really nice room. There is a cozy fireplace, computers for the residents to use and guests, and many seats for people to sit, also there is a piano that play beautiful melodies,

and last but not least there is a huge fish tank and the fish are cute.

We sat there for awhile until some lady decided that we stole her seat so i told Bea lets take Grandma outside the sun was shining and it was just beautiful in their courtyard.

They have a pon with fish, many tables for sitting at with umbrellas,

and so many flowers blooming.

I asked grandma is she enjoyed having the sun on her & her reply was yes.

I asked her if she was enjoying the fresh air and so on of course she said yes.

We sat out there for awhile then decided grandma looked pretty tired so we had the staff

lay her down in bed for a little nap.

Then Bea and I went back to the Garden Room and read magazines and surfed the net for awhile.

Went back to Grandma's room and helped her with dinner and she ate really good!!

we had a really good day.

We all arrived back at the house Bea cooked a great dinner for us (Orange Chicken & Rice)

and then

we watched a movie.

Which i feel asleep during it hehehe.
